Rae E. Griffin
Rae E. Griffin joined the Law Offices of David D. Briller Co., L.P.A. in 1986. Ms. Griffin earned a B.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania summa cum laude in 1981 and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law in 1984.
Ms. Griffin practices in the area of Domestic Relations, including but not limited to divorce, dissolution, child support, paternity establishment, modification of prior orders, civil protection and anti-stalking protection orders. Ms. Griffin also practices in the areas of Probate law, Juvenile law and General Civil Litigation including contractual disputes, landlord/tenant, and foreclosure defense.
She has been a speaker on the topic of Domestic Relations law, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985. Ms. Griffin is also a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Griffin is a member of the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Medina County and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association.
